Ventura County Rental Market

The Ventura County rental market is stabilizing some. We have seen the number of available units increase substantially in the last few weeks, however prices have stabilized somewhat. However the  increasing inventory suggests that prices may resume their downward trend over the summer.  The tables below summarize the avg prices as of April 2009 as well as the number of new units that came on the market.
