We use all available sources to find qualified tenants. Our listings go out to over 20 different websites, local publications, local MLS, and a few secret places we can’t tell you about. We have a large active database of prospective tenants and we work with local employers and relocation companies to fill vacancies with quality tenants.

At Presidio we do an exhaustive search on prospective tenants. We carefully examine every single application and have a detailed qualification criteria that guarantees quality residents

Rent Collections

We take responsibility for collecting rent from tenants and make every effort to ensure that tenants pay in full and on time. Tenants can pay via ach, credit and debit cards, or by check. This enables our clients to offer the most payment options available.
